In this Sales & Marketing Coordinator position there will be collaborating alongside the Founder and the Sales & Marketing Manager, to build out the company to the next level.

GOALS:
1. Provide support in reaching Lifestyle Perfected Sales and Marketing goals
2. Provide full CRM and scheduling support for business development and marketing, resulting in meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Marketing Tasks:

  • Help to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company
    goals for products and services
  • Provide real time support on video conference calls, sales calls, following up with
    real time notes inputted into CRM system, Copper (Formally ProsperWorks.com).
  • Assist in market research and lead generation
  • Create outreach templates
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Keep current on industry trends and new marketing methods to improve brand
    awareness
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and promotional materials
  • Maintain and create reporting tools
  • Provide support to the marketing team with marketing campaigns:
    • Collaborate with social media manager to generate leads and revenue
    • Increase social media following and email list
    • Establish lead generation lists and coordinate outreach
  • Manage and update CRM system effectively in support of sales and
    marketing efforts
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, completing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst to track and report on all Sales & Marketing KPIs and metrics
  • Create documents for identified processes, to be vetted by Director of Operations
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Administrative/ Project Management tasks:

  • Coordinate and optimize Nadav, the CEO’s, calendar
  • Streamline and manage Nadav, the CEO’s, task schedule
  • Provide process creation support related to Sales and Marketing
  • Prepare and present weekly CRM reports, reporting on pertinent metrics and revenue.
  • Attend all appropriate Sales and Marketing meetings, taking notes and adding
    action items in Project management system (Asana)
  • Support the Leads Generation process by creating records for the various lead types
  • Create reports that measure project performance using appropriate reporting tools and techniques
  • Manage sourcing and vetting process for new vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related discipline
  • 1+ years of work experience in sales and marketing, advertising, or communication industries
  • Education and 1+ years work experience in Project Management
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in a startup environment
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Expert communicator with high attention to detail and a passion for working with a team
  • Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints
  • Takes initiative and works well independently
